How much does the VA’s hourly rate cost?
You set it — we give you the recommended range based on the role and experience level. You pay your VA directly, with no markup from Mira. Most clients pay between $8–$8/hour depending on tier.
Are there any monthly or recurring fees?
No. The $680 management fee is the only amount that goes to Mira. After that, you only pay your VA’s hourly rate, which you control. No retainers, no subscriptions, no contracts.
What happens if the VA doesn’t work out?
We replace them for free. Our ops manager will work with you to identify what went wrong and find a better-matched candidate — no additional placement fee charged.
How long does it take to get matched?
